Phillip Patrick Barish submitted his super slick custom built chopper he had made. Phillip spent 21 years in special forces Navy and ended up getting injured in a hummer turn over accident. He uses his bike in the Patriot Honor Guard for those who are fallen. He spent a lot of money to honor his brothers with this bike.
